Who operates Holiway
Holiway is the services platform of DOLCE DOMUS SRLS, Via Napoli 27, 00184 Roma.
What we do, and what we don't
Holiway collects your request and passes it to independent professionals. It does not assemble packages, does not enter into contracts on your behalf, does not confirm bookings for the professionals and does not collect payment for their services. The contract for the service is between you and the professional.
The platform fee
The platform fee Holiway charges is the price of a service of its own — finding the right person, contacting them, following the request through — and is due when the request is taken on. It is a fixed amount per type of request: it is not a percentage, it does not depend on the price of the service or on the supplier who answers, and it is not an advance on the price of the service.
Your data
The data you leave in the form is used only to deliver your request to the professionals and to let them reply. It is not used for anything else and is not shared with third parties other than the professionals the request is addressed to. To have it deleted, write to the address below.
